On July 04, 2022, the multi-purpose dry-cargo vessel "Azov Confidence" with a deadweight of 10255 tons, modernized at the Gisan Altinova shipyard (Yalova, Turkey) under the RSD12.02 project, successfully completed the first commercial voyage after modernization.
The vessel "Azov Confidence" of the Overall length 142 m, width 18.2 m, depth 8.50 m. project was built according to the project of the Marine Engineering Bureau in 2007
The main task of the modernization under the RSD12.02 project is to increase the deadweight at sea draft at LGWL.
After the modernization work, the deadweight with an LGWL draft of 5.68 m is 10,255 tons (an increase of 2,248 tons compared to the deadweight of 8,007 tons with an LGWL draft of 4.767 m of the original vessel).
