The third tanker "Roschem-2" of RST14.03 prj. was put into operation for "Volgoflot-tanker" company
On July, 22, 2005 the third tanker "Roskem-2" (RST14.03 modified prj.) with deadweight of 2750 tons, reequipped from dry-cargo vessel "ST-1321", was put into operation. Vessel's Russian Maritime Register of Shipping class notation is of IISP. Flag is of Russian Federation. Shipowner is a "Volgoflot-tanker" shipping company (OJSC "Volga shipping").
The vessel is assigned for transportation ethylene glycol, vegetable oil and oil products with flash point >60°C.
Shipyard is OJSC "Neva shipyard" (Shlisselburg). The vessel was launched on 26.04.05.
Vessel's project is designed by the Marine Engineering Bureau (MEB).
The vessel has following characteristic features: capacity of cargo holds is increased up to 2500 cub.m (on first two vessels of "Roschem" type capacity is about 2145 cub.m), lacquer coating system of tanks' cargo surfaces, fore location of deckhouse and wheelhouse, outside trunk deck framing.
