Thereby Palmali group (Mubariz Mansimov is a president) opened river navigation on Russian internal waterways.
Project 004ROB05 of "Paloil" type barges is designed by the Marine Engineering Bureau (MEB).

Barges satisfy dimensions of the Volga-Don Canal and Volga-Baltic Way when they are pushed by "OT" type tug-boats of prjs. 428,428.1 .
Overall length of 004ROB05 prj. vessel is of 93 m, breadth is of 16.5 m, depth is of 5.0 m.
Vessel's Russian Maritime Register of shipping (RS) class notation is of K IIISP tanker (ESP).
Barges were built in 2003-2004 on Volgograd shipyard.
