Vessel's deadweight is of 7200 tons. Shipyard building number is of 231.
4 bottom and 2 side sections were made by the moment of keel laying down.
The vessel is of "Volga-Don Max" type and is assigned for group of companies "Azov-Don Shipping Company" (Mikhail Shvalev is a general director).
Aleksandr Gorbat'ko supervises vessel's building from customer's side.
Vessel's project is designed by the Marine Engineering Bureau (MEB).
007RSD07 prj. vessel is the biggest due to deadweight Russian dry-cargo vessel that satisfies all the requirements for permanent operation through Volga-Don canal.
The vessel is assigned for transportation of general, bulk, timber, grain and large-sized cargoes, up to 9' ISO containers, dangerous goods of 1, 1.4S, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 classes of IMDG Code and cargoes of category B of BC Code. Designed cruising speed is of 10.5 kn.
Two medium-speed diesels (main engine) of 1120 kWt each use heavy fuel oil with viscosity of IFO700.
Heavy fuel stores are placed in deep-tanks in area of the ER fore bulkhead, separated from outside water by double bottom and double sides.
Movement and manoeuvrability is provided by two stern full-circle rudder propellers with variable-pitch propellers (diameter is of 2000 mm) in nozzles.
Sea sailing autonomy is of 30 day, river sailing autonomy is of 10 day. Crew consists of 13 persons (15 places).
Designed vessel hull' life term is of 24 years.
